• Validity & Expiry: The E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated or refunded.
• Redemption: The E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed only at The Wellness Co. centers.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:The E-Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
• Single-Use & Partial Redemption: The voucher can be used only once. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid via other available payment methods. If the purchase value is lower, no refund or credit will be provided for the remaining balance.
• Restrictions:The voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or for promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
• Lost, Stolen, or Misused Vouchers:** The Wellness Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers. No replacement or compensation will be provided.
• Usage Limitations: The voucher is intended for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
• Service Availability:Redemption of the voucher is subject to service availability. Certain blackout dates or service limitations may apply.
• Modification & Termination: The Wellness Co. reserves the right to amend these terms or discontinue the E-Gift Voucher program at any time without prior notice.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
• E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
• No returns and no refunds on E-Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and eGift vouchers shipped by duttamall.com. Please check the refund policy at https://www.duttamall.com/fqa for further details.
• The Wellness Co Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.

• Inform the staff about the Gift Card before availing the service.
• Present the Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by card or cash.
