• The validity period of the Gift Cards will be 6 months unless otherwise specified.
• This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque in any event
• The bearer of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
• This Gift Card is valid across all Bikanervala offline retail outlets only and not at online store –www.bikanervala.com
• The Electronic Gift Card must be redeemed in full in one single invoice, NO PARTIAL REDEMPTION IS ALLOWED
• Physical gift cards can be redeemed multiple time and minimum redemption amount cannot be less than ₹ 100
• 1 Gift Card can be redeemed against a single Invoice in case of redemption at the store
• No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card
• Rights to amend these terms are reserved with Bikanervala without any prior notice
• All disputes should be referred to Bikanervala customer support and the decision of the company shall be final
• All redemption related issues customer needs to get in touch with Bikanervala customer care only
• Gift card usage subject to force majeure conditions
• All disputes must be referred to New Delhi jurisdiction exclusively
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
